Our 1988 plantings of own-rooted Pinot Gris vines are situated on the gravelly soils between two creeks in the heart of Southwest Oregon’s historic Illinois Valley.  The fruit was hand-harvested and fermented in a small stainless steel tank, then rested on its lees for 2 months and was aged in bottle for 15 months prior to release.
